Partial tooth loss is a prevalent challenge with functional, aesthetic, and psychosocial impacts. This report demonstrates the efficacy of implant-supported removable partial dentures (RPDs) for Kennedy class I. The objective was to describe mandibular rehabilitation using an RPD with O'ring attachments and spacer rings, strategically combined to compensate for mucosal resilience. Methodology included: clinical-radiographic assessment, computer-guided surgery, implant installation (teeth 34 and 45), removal/reinstallation of implant 45 with bone graft due to peri-implant infection, and final prosthetic adaptation with spacers. Results showed effective passive retention, occlusal stability, masticatory/phonetic comfort, and bone preservation after reintervention. It is concluded that implant-supported RPDs are a viable alternative, requiring adaptive management for complications but combining functional, economic, and quality-of-life benefits.
