Manuscript Information and Declarations

• Author Contributions: A brief description of the specific contribution made by each author to the manuscript, formatted in accordance with CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) standards. Regardless of individual contributions, all authors must complete final proofreading and grant final approval of the manuscript prior to submission.
• Conflict of Interest Declaration: A formal declaration disclosing any potential financial or non-financial conflicts of interest (governmental, commercial, or non-commercial sources). If no conflicts exist, a statement to that effect is required.
• Funding Disclosure: A comprehensive statement identifying all sources of financial support for the research, including grant numbers where applicable. If no funding was received, this must be explicitly stated. When not applicable, state: “Not applicable”.
• Ethical Approval: Provide the name of the Research Ethics Committee (REC) or the Ethics Committee on the Use of Animals (CEUA), the responsible institution, and the respective approval opinion or protocol number. When not applicable, state: “Not applicable”.
• Acknowledgments: A statement acknowledging any individuals or organizations that contributed to the work but do not qualify for authorship including scholarships (specialization, masters, doctorate, post-doc) with the name of the agency and the protocol number whenever possible. When not applicable, state: “Not applicable”.
